This payment device information relates to your Device Primary Account Number (DPAN) or Merchant Token (MPAN) so that your original credit or debit card primary account number(s) (PAN) can remain private.     • Webador, the website hosting company we use, may collect account registration, if applicable; portal access; statistics and profile information; purchasing and subscription information. They use Google Adwords (Remarketing) - Privacy Policy – Privacy & Terms – Google and Facebook Pixels - Meta Privacy Policy - How Meta collects and uses user data | Privacy Center | Manage your privacy on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger | Facebook Privacy and work with several other partners that you can view in their privacy statement at Privacy statement | Webador. They use Bcrypt encryption for password storage. They also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for online form storage.

Though we intend to keep business data for the life of our business with you, by way of your subscription to use an advertising video(s) that relates to your business or service, we will keep business records for a minimum of three years, so that business information and receipts can be utilized by the Internal Revenue Service in case of future tax audits. Despite storing or archiving business records for three to seven years, we follow Webador’s recommendations regarding the deleting of forms submitted online on our website.   3. To protect your personal information, we delete your submitted online subscription processing forms from our website as soon as we process the relevant information that is on them. The forms are sent from our website form submission area to our secure email for storage and is also downloaded to be stored on a secure cloud storage location and/or is printed out and stored in a locked secured physical file. Additionally, this information submitted on forms could be stored on a removeable thumb drive that is secured in a locked file or safe on-site for the duration of its storage and/or archiving. (Three to seven years after the ending of any business relationship/service.)  
  4. You may request an email of the personal forms that you have submitted by emailing info@visualresumesandserviceadvertisingvideos.com. If your form is stored in a secured cloud storage location and is capable of being accessed by you via a password protected link, you will be given that link and password. If you are notified that your forms are being stored on a secured cloud storage location and would prefer not to have your forms stored there, you will have may request to have them removed from a cloud storage location. 
  5. The above-mentioned storage does not include credit card information. Visual Resumés and Service Ad Videos™ currently relies on Stripe® a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 with the highest level of certification in the payment industry and Link's full integration with Stripe®, to encrypt, store and process your personal credit card information for future automatic renewal payment processing. This minimizes our need to handle and secure your personal credit card information by 100%. We, Visual Resumés and Service Ad Videos™, process your personal data for the purposes of pre-constructing a company-related or service-related advertising video on behalf of your business or service; gaining permission to publicly display/publish on our website and on relevant storage and/or video broadcasting platforms, the advertising video that relates to your business or service, for your use; providing editing and maintenance services on a pre-constructed advertising video that you, the company/business or service has subscribe to the use of, on your behalf; removing  the pre-produced/pre-constructed advertising video that you have subscribed to the use of from video storage, hosting, and broadcasting platforms with your agreed understanding and consent at subscription end dates; gaining permission to place your selfie image into a pre-constructed advertising video; establishing that we are collecting personal information from someone who is not under the age of eighteen years old; establishing consent to use any applicable e-signatures as your recognized signature; responding to online chatbot (chat box) customer support inquiries; and establishing that you are a human being and not an automated robot.

Though PlayHT® does not have access to the personal information that is submitted on your subscription purchasing/ordering form, they may have access to inputted scripts that may contain your company/business/service name, business website address, business email address, business contact number, or business contact personnel's name that are displayed within your video, based on the use of their platform to process inputted script to translate into artificial intelligence (AI) audio  for use in your pre-constructed ad video.   • ElevenLabs.io - Pictory.ai, uses ElevenLabs.io on their platform to integrate ElevenLabs.io artificial intelligence (AI) voiceover technology into their video producing platform. Though, this does not require ElevenLabs.io to view the personal information that is submitted on your subscription purchasing/ordering form, through the use of their applied technology they may have a way to track or view the scripted word and audio that relates to your business name, business website address, business email address, business contact number, or business contact personnel's name that are displayed within your video.
