Video Subscription Returns/Cancellations and Refunds Policy
This policy simultaneously applies to Visual Resumés and Service Ad Videos™ and its alternate, secondary, trade name Visual Resumés and Service Advertising Videos™
Video Subscription Purchases
1.1. Eligibility for Returns/Cancellations and Refunds
- Subscription Cancellation:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- No refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.
- No Refunds Available, with an Exception:
- Due to our inclusion of a pre-approval process prior to video subscription purchase, we have a no-refund-policy on video subscription purchases due to a video's visual and functional quality.
- Due to our inclusion of video maintenance and technical support during subscription plans, we have a no-refund policy due to technical support issues that do not reach the threshold of being a non-delivery of service.
- No Refund Policy Exception:
- Refunds are only offered if the subscribed-to product has not been accessible to the subscriber within fourteen days of purchasing a subscription. Refunds may be offered after the fourteenth day of non-delivery of the purchased product, and the subscription will be cancelled if a refund has been issued. - Failure to Deliver Product on Time: Failure to deliver the applicable sharable link or links and any applicable QR code(s), along with viewable access to an uploaded advertising video that you have approved, within fourteen days of purchasing a subscription to use, may result in a refund and a cancellation of subscription, or a prorating of the subscription amount.
- Video links and QR codes will be disabled after a refund is issued and the advertising video that is the subject of the video subscription will be removed from all uploaded and published online locations.
- Refunds are only offered if the subscribed-to product has not been accessible to the subscriber within fourteen days of purchasing a subscription. Refunds may be offered after the fourteenth day of non-delivery of the purchased product, and the subscription will be cancelled if a refund has been issued. - Our team will verify the request and assess eligibility.
1.3. Refund Processing Time:
- Once we receive your refund request, via email, [info@visualresumesandserviceadvertisingvideos.com], we will process it within one to fourteen days (14 days). Though we allot ourselves fourteen days (14 days), it will likely be completed much sooner. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to make the purchase.

1.4. Expired Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for expired subscriptions.
